Where are you located?

Our headquarters is in Dubai, the UAE. We believe great talent knows no borders, which is why we’ve built a diverse team of skilled virtual assistants from all over the world. You’ll find Bidbat VAs from the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Bangladesh, and also across Europe, including Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, and Ukraine. This international setup doesn’t just give us access to top-tier professionals, but it also helps us cover different time zones and work cultures.

Dedicated, of course. Once you’ve shared your needs, our project manager will assign the tasks to a virtual assistant who best suits your project. From there, they’ll keep working for you, and the project manager will be the point of contact who will perform tasks like maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and coordinating revisions and feedback. We’ll also bring someone new if you’re not satisfied with their performance.

We’ve our own communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams for messaging, Zoom and Google Meet for video conferences, and Asana, Trello, and Clickup for project management. You can use any of them if you’re comfortable, or you can also recommend your own that our VA will be happy to use.

That depends on your project requirements. Usually, we can do it within a day after you sign up for our virtual assistant services. But if you have any special requirements, it may take a little more.

How much do I have to pay for tech VAs?

Our preferred modes of payments are Paypal, Payoneer, and Debit/Credit. You can choose any of these while paying us for our services. But if you have some other method in mind, feel free to let us know – perhaps we can arrange that too for your convenience.

We’ve our own AI-assisted software for project management, scheduling, time tracking, file transfer, communication, and many more. The app also tracks every working hour and generates a clear, itemized bill as per the hours worked.

Usually, our full-time VAs work 8 hours a day – Monday to Friday – in your preferred time zone. However, our customer support team is available 24/7, and can arrange emergency meetings in a matter of a few hours. Also, if you need us to work overtime, feel free to ask and we’ll be happy to arrange that.

Will you assign a project manager or just a remote assistant?

Yes, there’ll be a project manager who will be the point of contact for you and the VA. They will help with project planning and scheduling, task management, quality control, meeting deadlines, delivery, revisions, and many more.

No worries. Feel free to inform us as soon as you’ve doubts, and we’ll replace them immediately. At Bidbat, we take client feedback seriously, and take immediate steps to avoid any disruption in their business operations.

What are your security measures?

It starts with our VAs and the project manager signing an NDA before they start working on your project. All of our communication channels, data access controls, data storage solutions, and password management tools are paid, encrypted, and updated regularly. As part of our security measures, the Bidbat team is regularly trained on data privacy, phishing awareness, and other essential cybersecurity practices.

Can I hire virtual assistants for my part-time job?

Yes, of course. We’ve a large virtual assistant team with members from all corners of the world. Unlike many agencies limited by staffing shortages, this allows us to cater to part-time requests from our clients as well.
