When we sign an NDA, we can assign a VA within a few hours. You can then take your interview and assign tasks at your convenience. However, if there are any special requirements, it may take some more to train them up so they can be more helpful.

Our agency accepts debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Payoneer. If you have any preferred method, feel free to inform us – maybe we can work that out.
We don’t give refunds because our VAs are paid for the time they’ve already worked. But don’t worry. If you’re not happy, our project manager will fix things up until you are, at no extra cost.
All of the communication, data sharing and storage tools we use are paid, secure, and up-to-date. We also keep our VA team regularly trained on data security, cybercrime, and other phishing protocols.
