What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end operations of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)
- Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales
- Oversee product uploads, inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with PPC, creative, and content teams to design and execute marketing campaigns
- Optimize online storefronts for customer experience and SEO performance
- Coordinate with virtual assistants and support staff to ensure timely order processing and customer service excellence
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices in ecommerce operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years of proven experience managing ecommerce operations
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other ecommerce platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and conversion optimization strategies
- Excellent English communication skills for client and team interactions
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Helium10
- Ability to lead projects, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
