What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Manage and resolve client requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (remote assistant, operations, marketing, technical support) to resolve client issues effectively
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate complex concerns when needed
- Provide onboarding support and guidance to new clients
- Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client service, or account management (BPO or VA industry experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, and online collaboration tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts covering US/UK/Australia time zones
