In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.You’ll ensure their questions are answered, issues are resolved quickly, and every interaction feels professional, friendly, and solution-driven. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Manage and resolve client requests promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and support activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (remote assistant, operations, marketing, technical support) to resolve client issues effectively
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate complex concerns when needed
  • Provide onboarding support and guidance to new clients 
  • Consistently meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, client service, or account management (BPO or VA industry experience preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM platforms, and online collaboration tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifts covering US/UK/Australia time zones
